Invest in the Future of Compact Energy Systems

HERE & NOW: a modular hybrid-electric engine platform turning every motion into usable power.

HERE First-Energy Technology is building a new category of power system. Not an engine with some electronics attached—but a unified rotary-electric platform where every major rotating component contributes to electrical generation, boosting, or stabilization. Our goal: dramatically improve energy use in vehicles, vessels, aircraft, and generators without requiring the world to abandon combustion overnight.

A World That Still Runs on Engines

Despite rapid growth in batteries and fuel cells, most of the world’s power still comes from combustion engines—especially where weight, range, and refueling speed matter. Marine, aviation, defense, heavy-duty transport, remote power, and powersports all rely on compact, high-density energy sources.

Traditional engines in these spaces are:

  • Heavy for the power they deliver

  • Mechanically complex

  • Inefficient at part-load

  • Difficult to hybridize cleanly

There is a significant opportunity for compact, efficient, hybrid-ready engines that can slot into existing markets while enabling a more electrified future.

A Platform, Not Just an Engine

HERE & NOW is a hybrid-electric rotary engine system designed as a platform:

  • HERE is the primary rotary-electric generator: an 800 cc module that produces steady electrical power with minimal parasitic losses.

  • NOW is a companion module that adds instant torque, boosting support, and stabilization. It can operate with or without combustion, functioning as an e-supercharger or stand-alone generator.

Together, they form a naturally balanced, naturally twin-charged energy system that:

  • Reduces or eliminates many traditional accessories

  • Recovers energy from multiple sources

  • Operates efficiently across a broad power band

  • Designed to be multi-fuel capable

Compact Power, Broad Envelope

In an 800cc Single-Rotor configuration, the HERE module is designed to evolve along this path:

  • Base HERE (naturally aspirated):
~11–14 kW continuous electric output (conservative operating band)

  • HERE + NOW (mild boosted configuration):
~16–20 kW continuous with electrically assisted boosting

  • HERE + NOW + forced-induction options:
~20–27 kW design envelope with exhaust energy recovery

All within a targeted ~125 kg class package including modular boosting and energy-recovery hardware, designed for replaceability and customization.

Initial Markets

We are focusing early development on:

  • Marine hybrid propulsion and auxiliary power

  • Powersports & light automotive range extender applications

  • Defense – tactical generators, mobile power, and auxiliary propulsion

  • Stationary power – compact, high-efficiency generator sets

Each of these markets values high power density, modularity, and efficiency, and can adopt HERE & NOW with less infrastructure disruption than a pure battery or hydrogen-only solution.

Intellectual Property & Development Stage

  • Patent-pending hybrid rotary-electric architecture

  • Multiple inventions unified in a single platform (rotary generator, linear booster, energy recovery subsystems)

  • Structured claims covering both mechanical embodiments and hybrid system integration

INVESTOR & STRATEGIC PARTNER OVERVIEW

HERE First-Energy Technologies, Inc.
(Hybrid Rotary-Electric + NOW Platform)

Our Position

HERE is developing a modular hybrid-electric engine platform designed for high-efficiency power generation, range extension, and advanced propulsion architectures. The system integrates mechanical, electromagnetic, and electrical subsystems in a way that is fundamentally different from conventional ICE, EV, or hybrid designs.

We are currently in an early validation and prototyping phase, supported by institutional partners and educational organizations, with intellectual property already filed.

At this stage, capital alone is not our primary constraint.

We are selectively engaging with investors and partners who can accelerate:

  • Technical validation

  • Manufacturing access

  • Strategic positioning

  • Institutional credibility

What We Are Not Looking For (Yet)
  • Forced timelines

  • Control provisions

  • Premature board governance

  • Broad IP disclosure without alignment

  • “Capital-only” relationships

We are intentionally building HERE for long-term licensing, platform adoption, and strategic deployment, not short-term dilution.

What We Are Looking For

We engage investors and partners across three clearly defined lanes, depending on alignment and value-add.

Lane 1 — Strategic Allies (Non-Capital)

Best for: Former operators, engineers, OEM executives, institutional connectors, and sector specialists.

What This Lane Is
  • No immediate capital required

  • No governance authority

  • NDA-protected engagement

  • Focused on access, insight, and validation

Typical Contributions
  • Introductions to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or labs

  • Manufacturing or materials insight

  • Review of system positioning from an acquirer’s perspective

  • Letters of support for grants, pilots, or institutional outreach

  • Technical sanity-checks (not design ownership)

Compensation
  • Optional advisory equity

  • Recognition as a strategic contributor

  • Priority access to later stock participation

Lane 2 — Advisor-Investors (Limited Capital + High Value)

Best for: Investors who want early exposure and can actively help.

What This Lane Is
  • Small, deliberate checks

  • Advisory role, not control

  • No board seat

  • No operational authority

Typical Contributions
  • Strategic introductions within 30–90 days

  • Help navigate early manufacturing or testing pathways

  • Input on capital timing and structure

  • Credibility signaling to future partners

Structure
  • Minor equity allocation

  • Clear scope and term (e.g., 12–24 months)

  • No veto rights

  • No forced follow-on obligations

Lane 3 — Future Lead Investors (Deferred)

Best for: Strategic funds, corporate venture arms, or infrastructure-scale investors.

What This Lane Is
  • Not currently open

  • Reserved for post-validation milestones

  • Structured rounds only

Requirements to Enter This Lane
  • Demonstrated system validation

  • Clear licensing or deployment pathway

  • Defined use of funds

  • Founder-protected governance terms

  • Capital from this lane comes later—on purpose.

INSTITUTIONAL & EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT

HERE is supported by educational institutions that:

  • Maintain long-term alignment

  • Do not exert operational control

  • Provide credibility, stability, and institutional trust

A portion of equity has been reserved specifically for these partners, reflecting shared mission and long-horizon commitment.

GOVERNANCE PHILOSOPHY
  • Founder-led technical vision

  • Advisory insight without dilution of direction

  • Governance added only when it increases velocity

  • IP protection prioritized at every stage

HOW TO ENGAGE

If you are interested in engaging with HERE, please be prepared to share:

  1. Which lane you believe you fit

  2. What you can uniquely contribute beyond capital

  3. Relevant experience or access you bring

  4. Your preferred level of involvement

We are happy to begin with:

  • A short alignment call

  • A limited-scope NDA

  • Or a targeted discussion around one subsystem or application

HERE is not being built to chase capital.
It is being built to change how power systems are designed, deployed, and scaled.

We are selective by design as time is the most important resource.

The HERE-NOW Architecture

HERE is the primary energy generator: a rotary-electric module tuned for steady, efficient operation. Instead of driving multiple external accessories, HERE integrates electrical generation and energy-recovery mechanisms directly into the rotating assembly.

NOW is the stabilizing torque and boosting element. Depending on the configuration, NOW can function as:

  • a micro-combustion pulse engine,

  • a fuelless electromagnetic torque generator, or

  • an electrically assisted supercharger.

Together, HERE & NOW form a system that adapts dynamically to fuel type, load demands, assisted boosting, and acoustic/combustion tuning. HERE can operate alone for compact powersports or lightweight aviation roles, or paired with NOW for early torque, broader power bands, and extended efficiency in powersports, automotive, marine, defense, heavy-duty, and generator-set applications.

Specifications & Technical Outlook

(Presented as design envelopes, not final tested values with our ideal embodiment)

HERE: an 800 cc rotary-electric module, which comes in single or multi-rotor configurations, where every major rotating component contributes to power generation. The architecture is designed to scale from a 10 kW-class unit in its simplest form to a 20–25 kW-class module as boosting and energy-recovery stages mature. Preliminary operating envelopes (design intent):

Naturally Aspirated Single-Rotor (baseline module)

Approx. 11–14 kW continuous electric output (Assumes conservative 6–8 bar operating pressure; steady 3,600 rpm genset speed)

HERE Single-Rotor + NOW (mild electrically assisted boost)

Approx. 16–20 kW continuous (Approx. 8–11 bar effective operating pressure)

HERE Single-Rotor + NOW + Forced-Induction Options

Approx. 20–27 kW design envelope (With additional exhaust-energy recovery and pressure-boosting modules)

The entire system targets a compact ~125 kg class package with modular replacement for minute repairability, not days, along with diverse customization options tailored for specific uses.

A Smarter Engine for a Smarter World

Most engines waste energy. Pumps, belts, friction, counterweights—everything takes away from the power the engine is trying to make.

HERE changes that by turning the engine into a unified energy system.

Instead of adding generators, superchargers, and stabilizers on top of the engine, HERE builds these functions inside the engine.

The result is:

  • Less wasted energy

  • More electricity from the same fuel

  • Smoother operation

  • A compact engine with balanced modules

How NOW Helps

NOW is like a built-in helper machine:

  • It gives the engine extra power right when you need it

  • It can work as a small supercharger

  • It can even run without fuel

  • It keeps everything stable and smooth

Together, HERE & NOW make power more efficiently than traditional engines and can work on many different fuels.

Where This Technology Can Be Used

  • Cars and trucks

  • Boats & PWCs

  • Drones

  • Motorcycles and ATVs

  • Generators

  • Emergency vehicles

  • Military and Defense systems

  • Remote or off-grid energy

Anywhere you need compact, reliable, efficient poweryou can use HERE & NOW!
